data. Using tried and tested
algorithms and recovery techniques, we are able to recover customer's images
and data with a success rate of over 95%.
There are two normal service levels available:
Silver Service
The silver Service is our standard service. With this service we will recover your
lost files within 10 working days of receipt of your media. Your digital media will be dispatched
first class, with a copy of your images or data on an accompanying CD or
DVD.
Gold Service
The Gold service is a more time dependant service; and images
and data will be recovered and your digital media dispatched on an accompanying
CD or DVD within 5 working days from receipt of media.
Special Services
Occasionally customers require us to carry out tasks that are
not within our silver or gold service.
We are able to decrease the time for recovery and return time. In cases like
this we can send your files by
email or make them available from an FTP site. For any special service, please contact us first for a
quote.
The Recovery Process
Once we receive your media we will
send you an email confirming receipt.
We will recover your memory and
invoice you for payment.
We then return your media with a copy
of the recovered images / data on CD or DVD (size dependant, recovered hard
discs may be returned on DVD, duplicate hard disc or tape, format DAT, DLT,
ULTRIUM, please email us with your specification for this, quotes available on
request) allowing you to enjoy your images.
