Order
Ordering is straight forward simply follow these steps:
1) Download, print and complete the Recovery Request Form.
2) Post your Memory card, camera, mobile phone or other form of digital media, including a copy of your completed Recovery Request Form to:

We recommend that you send any packages recorded delivery as we are not responsible for any delivery not received.
3) OhNoMyPhotos will send you an email to confirm receipt of your digtal media and request payment for processing.
4) Look forward to the return of your media, recovered with a copy on CD or DVD as detailed in your service level.
Fees
The table below details the cost of recovering your images/data from your digital media. Please contact us for cost of recovering digital media, larger or different to that stated.
Preliminary Process Fee
OhNoMyPhotos charges a preliminary process fee to carry out initial investigation work into whether files can be recovered from your digital media. This fee covers return post, packaging and administrative costs involved in an initial analysis of your digital media. OhNoMyPhotos do not charge for the 3-4 hours of time that this initial process will take, as we do not charge for images or data that is not recovered.
Recovery Fee
The preliminary process fee is wavered against the cost of your images and data recovery if we are able to recover images or data. With a success rate of over 95% we are confident in our ability to recover the vast majority of customer�s images or data.
Payment
Credit Card Payment
OhNoMy Photos will invoice you by email when we receive your digital media, once we receive payment for the preliminary process fee we will proceed with recovering your images and data. Once we have recovered your images or data we will invoice you for the further recovery fee. Once we receive this we will return your digital media as stated in your service level.
Cheque Payment
If you wish to pay by cheque please include a cheque payable to OhNoMy Ltd with your digital media when posting to us, this will allow us to proceed with the recovery of your images or data. Once we have recovered your images or data we will send you an e-mail requesting the additional fee. Once we receive payment for this we will return your returned media as described in your service level.
